Afterwards, Chief of Development and Reform Commission of Guangdong Province Communication Division - Mr. Huang Shuming and Deputy Director General of Central & Southern Regional Administration of CAAC – Mr. Liang Shijie delivered speeches on the aviation industry development of Pearl River Delta.

Representatives from each airport conducted an in-depth discussion on development status of each airport and common interest in future aviation development of the region. Chairman of the Executive Committee of CAM - Dr. Deng Jun expressed that all 5 airports has its own different market position where Macau International Airport (MIA) as a small to medium sized multi-function international airport is focusing on presenting a “small but delicate airport”. MIA aims on fulfilling the demands of passengers and also provides the best quality services by optimizing the airport facilities in a “run with short steps” infrastructure development strategy. Being the smallest scale out of the five airports, MIA is aware of the situation and conducted a series of marketing strategies to build on MIA’s strength, including: Cargo Transit Strategy , Direct Cross-strait flight, China's first airport to launch low-cost airline, open concession market to introduce competitions etc. Dr. Deng specifically mentioned A5 should cooperate together with  win-win strategy. China’s express volume in the Yangtze River Delta is more than 10% higher than the PRD, showing there is a big space for development of PRD express industry. CAM signed a Letter of Intent with YTO Express Company Limited in October 2014, and is committed to promote PRD’s express delivery industry. The five airports should continue to consolidate and deepen cooperation, jointly promote the development of the PRD region and achieve win-win cooperation.

In implementation of Framework Agreement on Hong Kong/Guangdong Co-operation and Framework Agreement on Macau/Guangdong Co-operation, representatives of the Five Airports signed a Memorandum at the meeting for continual development of the Greater PRD region aviation industry and deepening closer co-operation between five airports. Representatives include: General Manager of Guangdong Airport Management Corporation - Mr. Wen Wensing, CEO of Airport Authority Hong Kong - Mr. Fred Lam, CAM Chairman of Executive Committee - Dr. Deng Jun, Chairman of Shenzhen Airport (Group) Co., Ltd. - Mr. Wang Yang, and Zhuhai Airport Group Corporation Chairman - Mr. Li Guoming.
