Job Responsibilities and Descriptions：

• Coordination of the operation and management of the Passenger Terminal;
• Monitoring of Regular Contractors’ performance;
• Terminal Inspection;
• Administrative Support;
• Servicing Passengers and General Public at the Terminal;
• Execution of the Function of “Fire Safety Officer” at Passenger Terminal Building;
• Performing other assigned ad-hoc tasks or projects within the scope of the Service’s activities.

Requirements：

• Secondary School Graduate or above;
• Utilization of standard Office Automation Software (e.g. MS Office);
• Good command of written and spoken English and preferably with another language (Chinese or Portuguese);
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Planning and organizing skills;
• Coordination and monitoring skills;
• At least 3 years experience in aviation / hospitality industry or graduate in one of the following areas:
  • Hospitality / Tourism Management
  • Customer services
  • Aviation / Business Management
  • Property Management
• Shift working is required.
