UPON DECIDING TO TRAVEL

Before booking your flight, please verify the public health requirements of your destination and check if there is any restriction in force to leave or re-enter Macau.

BEFORE YOU COME TO THE AIRPORT

Check the updated status of your flight with the airline;

Check your temperature, and please do not travel if you are unwell;

Have valid proof of a negative result of nucleic acid test;

Remember that check-in counters close 1 hour prior to departure schedule time;

Arrive with time to avoid queues and crowds.

AT THE AIRPORT

You will notice that several protective measures have been taken to ensure you have a smooth and safe flight:

Temperature Checks

Temperature check is conducted for all departing and arriving passengers.

Temperature checkpoints are installed at Departures Public area, Customs area and North Arrivals Baggage Claim.

Hand Sanitizers

Touch-free hand sanitizer dispensers have been installed at several points in the passenger terminal.

Social Distancing

We have social distancing markers at potential crowding areas, such as check in, security check points, baggage claim, taxi rank and bus stops. For your own benefit, please keep the suggested distance from other persons.

We have rearranged the seating areas with markings to indicate safe seats and placed social distance signage in elevators.

Face Masks

All airport staff is wearing face masks and you are required to wear one at all times when you are in the airport. This will help reducing the risk of transmission.

Protective Screens

We have installed acrylic screens at check-in desks, transfer counters at the restricted area and airport information desks, to secure airport staff and passengers.

Airport Deep Cleaning

Surface disinfectant coating is being sprayed at the terminal touch points and we are constantly sanitizing all contact surfaces.

Ventilation

Ventilation and air circulation has been enhanced by increasing the volume of fresh air in the Fresh Air Unit with UV disinfection lights were installed.  HVAC filters are being cleaned with increased frequency.

Disinfectant Carpets

We have placed disinfectant carpets at all entrances of the terminal and they are being sprayed every other hour.

Disinfection of Transportation inside the Airport Premises

Transportation for passengers is being disinfected regularly.
