From 25th to 26th January 2024, representative of Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) visited the Operation Management Center of the Air Traffic Management Bureau (ATMB) of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), coordinated and reached consensus on Macau International Airport accessing to the national air traffic flow management system, air traffic control information integration and system software version application. The Operation Management Center has agreed to complete the approval process as soon as possible and will sign relevant network security agreements before installing the software for official use.

During the visit to Beijing, representative of CAM was warmly welcomed by Mr. Wen Xue Zheng, Secretary General of the Party Committee of ATMB, and has in-depth exchange on aspects of future airspace planning in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, operation and flow management, air traffic control personnel training and skills competitions. Both parties looked forward to work closely for the enhancement of air traffic control so as to make contributions to the construction of a world-class airport cluster in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Mr. Hu Gaohong, Senior Head of the Air Traffic Service Division of Operations Branch of the Airport Operations Department of CAM represented to pay a visit to ATMB and also visited the Operation Management Center, Information Center, Meteorological Center of ATMB and China Aviation Navigation DATA Company Limited.
