Macau International Airport Company Limited （CAM） representative attended the nineteenth Meeting of the Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) – Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) Implementation Task Force (AAITF/19), hosted by International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Asia and Pacific Regional Office where held in Bangkok, Thailand from 10th to 14th June 2024, with a total of 94 representatives from 22 States/Regions in Asia Pacific (APAC) Region, and 11 representatives from 4 international organizations/industry partners.

This AAITF focuses on update of AIS/AIM related documents with proposed amendment to Asia/Pacific Regional Plan for Collaborative Aeronautical Information Management and Business Functionality of APAC Common System Wide Information Management (SWIM) Information Services. Participants also listen to the aviation industry on AIS and NOTAM.

Through the meeting, participants also shared presentations of their valuable experiences on overview of Aeronautical Information Exchange Model (AIXM) and Quality Management System (QMS) seminar. CAM as the AIS provider of Macau International Airport approved by Civil Aviation Authority of Macao SAR (AACM). It is hoped that by gaining insight into the global AIM trends and progress for smoother operations in relevant aspects at Macau International Airport.
