As Chinese Lunar New Year is coming, Dr. Deng Jun – Chairman of the Executive Committee of Macau International Airport Co., Ltd. (CAM) led a delegation to pay a CNY visit to Guangdong Airport Authority (GAA) on 11th Feb, 2015 and discussed different development of both airports and how to achieve efficient cooperation.

CAM’s delegation was welcomed by Mr. Zhang Kejian – General Manager of GAA. Since the different culture as well as distinct oriented airport, both sides took the most suitable measures for operating respectively. Both Macau International Airport (MIA) and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport announced good news on the passenger traffic, cargo and the flight frequently. The third runway just put in use of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport caught the attention of domestic civil aviation industry. extension project of Passenger Terminal Building North Side will be carried out while south side extension plan will be set about and new business aviation hangar project will be finished this year. Both sides exchanged the operating conditions and management patterns in order to discuss the cooperation in the future.
