Dr. Deng Jun - Chairman of Executive Committee of Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) led a delegation to pay courtesy visit to Chairman Wang Ruiping of China Civil Airports Association (CCAA). As the member of CCAA, CAM broght CNY blessings, two sides discussed changes in the development pattern of small and medium-sized airports and had in-depth communication on strengthening cooperation and exchanges in the future.

Chairman Wang expressed gratitude to CAM for yearly support and concern. As a successful example of "small airport, big achievement", Macao international airport (MIA)'s excellent performance is worthy of learning from small and medium-sized airports in mainland China. Secretary General of CCAA Ms. Li Xiaomei introduced the work in recent years and future priorities at the meeting. Dr - Deng expressed the development of CCAA was refreshing, the organization was expanding, the training of professionals was strengthening, and the transformation of its professional committee brought hope to its members. Dr. Deng introduced that MIA welcomed 8.26 million passengers in 2018 which is an increase of 15% compare to 2017, over 65,000 aircraft movements were handled, representing an increase of 12%, and the overall revenue of the airport reached 5.49 billion patacas. Both sides had in-depth discussions on topics such as how to promote the development of small and medium-sized airports and how to achieve high-quality development through advanced management methods.
