Director of Planning and Commercial Department (PCD) Ms. Winnie Hsu, Manager of PCD Ms. Carolina Chang and Manager of Corporate Communication & Policy Research Office Ms. Miley Kou from Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) represented to participate in the 5th Civil Aviation Service Summit organized by Civil Aviation Passenger Service Evaluation (CAPSE).

The theme of this year is “Innovative service, Marketing futures”, sticks to passengers’ satisfaction increases under the new situation, precision marketing of differentiated services, optimization of aviation services in the era of air - ground interconnection, application of intelligent technology in civil aviation services and new profit growth exploration in passengers’ demand. CAPSE carried out special data analysis and trend data analysis from the perspective of service. Macau International Airport representatives exchanged information with the industry members and experts and benefited greatly among the sharing. Through the data shared by experts, MIA representatives observed the industry service quality and understood the specific needs of passengers for civil aviation services, analyzed service trending in response to the new changes in civil aviation services, and accomplish brand positioning.

Many innovative leaders from the industry, industry authorities and mainstream media attended the summit, jointly explored the transformation of civil aviation services in the new environment through speeches, roundtable discussions, interactive exchanges, innovative display. More than 100 civil aviation units from the Civil Aviation Administration, domestic and foreign airlines, airports more than 300 industry elites participated in the summit.
