Fly Gangwon Sales Division Managing Director Mr. Chae Jeong Hoon visited Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) on 15th February 2023 to further explore air service opportunity in Macau, targeting to launch Jeju – Macau air service in March 2023.  Deputy Director of Marketing Department (MKD) of CAM Ms. Elizabeth Cheong and Manager of MKD Ms. Fiona Fong warmly received Mr. Chae. A thorough introduction of the local tourism development was presented, with explanation the required preparatory work prior to flight operation in Macau. Fly Gangwon is a South Korean low cost airline based at Yangyang International Airport. The airline made its first international maiden flight in December 2019, and successively launched China Taipei, Japan Tokyo, Vietnam Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and Clark in the Philippines. Fly Gangwon plans to further expand its international route network, aside from Jeju – Macau service, the airline also aimed to launch Yangyang – Macau and Incheon – Macau flight service in the foreseeable future.
