The training program “Project Management of China Civil Aviation New Infrastructure” organized by China Civil Airports Association (CCAA) was held from 12th to 15th March 2023 in Haikou. As one of the member airport of CCAA, CAM was invited by the Association and nominated Assistant Manager of Infrastructure Development Department Mr. Ken Sit to participate in the training to enhance understanding of infrastructure construction and project management with more than 60 professionals from various aviation organizations and the industry.

The training provided participants in depth knowledge on the planning and design of civil airport development, construction management of civil aviation infrastructure construction projects, procurement, project audits, and consideration of humanistic airport construction. It also enabled the insight of how to solve problems encountered in the management of civil aviation infrastructure construction projects, optimize project management methods and measures to the participants, which helps to improve construction quality and management efficiency, and ensure the healthy development of civil aviation infrastructure projects.
