In order to enhance passengers experience and facilitate passenger who do not have carry-on baggage or passenger who only carry no more than one item (such as shoulder bag, cross-body bag, handbag, small backpack) to smoothly undergo departure security inspection, Macau International Airport (MIA) has launched the operation of “Fast Lane for Passenger without Carry-on Baggage” during peak travelling hours to expedite their queuing time for security check and departure formalities. In the near future, MIA will launch an overall renovation of departure channels aiming to optimize its capacity and efficiency for providing better services to all passengers.
