A delegation from the Wuxi Government, led by Mr. Gong Peixin- Executive Deputy Mayor of Wuxi Municipal Government visited Macau from 30 June to 1 July, 2006 aiming to discuss future aviation development opportunities between Wuxi City and Macau SAR. Ms. Liu Suning - Senior Assistant to the Chairman and Director of Marketing Department representing the company met with the delegation. During the meeting both parties discussed the market environment and its propensity to initiate the Wuxi City to Macau route. Mr. Gong Peixin- Executive Deputy Mayor of Wuxi Municipal Government expressed his wishes to start the Wuxi City – Macau route in the very near future. Ms. Liu representing the Macau International Airport Co. Ltd. gave a brief introduction on the development and progress of Macau’s Tourism & Gaming industries as well as an update on the local aviation industry. Following the meeting, the delegation was led to visit the airport and experience on site the Macau International Airport where its management company ADA gave a brief overview of its operations.

The visiting Wuxi delegation consisted of Mr. Xu Gang – Director of Wuxi City Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, Ms. Gao Yaguang – Vice Director of Wuxi City Bureau of Technology, Mr. Zhou Xuedong – Division Chief of Wuxi Municipal People’s Government Office, Ms. Lu Qin – Vice Division Chief of Wuxi City Bureau of Economic Cooperation (Taiwan Office), Mr. Liu Jun – Chief Executive Officer’s Assistant of Shenzhen Airlines Co. Ltd., Director of Commercial Department of Shenzhen Airlines Co. Ltd., Ms. Chan Zhihong - Manager of Shenzhen Airlines Co. Ltd. (Hong Kong Office).
