Chairman of the Executive Committee of CAM Dr. Deng Jun and Managing Director of AIMS Ms. Sharon Wang led the management of the two companies to visit SEMAC office on 4^th August, where cultural elements are added in everywhere, enables colleagues to feel the cultural accomplishment behind the strong security personnel.

Managing Director of SEMAC Dr. Suning Liu first introduced the structure and the recent staff situation. In the past year, SEMAC has strengthened its management in terms of talents, facility maintenance, quality inspection and service quality, ensuring efficiency at work. SEMAC has more than 500 employees which are regarded as important assets of company, so different ways were tried to show the care to staff, from recruitment, improvement in catering, on-the-job training, enhancement on self-value of staff. Around the office, staffs’ master pieces of photo taking, calligraphy and painting are demonstrated, showing the employees’ natural expression and manner at work and training, create a sense of belonging to staff.

Chairman Deng noted that the atmosphere at SEMAC is totally different from before and create anticipation to the employees’ performance at work. Taking the opportunity to let CAM and AIMS management personnel to feel the cultural and artistic atmosphere, and communicate with each other.
