To enable new colleagues to get familiar with the company and airport working environment as soon as possible after their admission, CAM Airport Operations Department (AOD), Training Division provides orientation to the new comers on quarterly basis.

On 26th & 27th April, another run of 2-day orientation training, which combined with classroom training and airport site visit, was held to allow the participation of 9 new staffs. Through such training, it gives an overview on history and important organizations of aviation industry, introduces Civil Aviation Authority (AACM) and Airport Operators as well as Safety Management System and Airport Security program, Airport Carbon Accreditation Program of Macau International Airport etc.
