The procedure of Open Tender for the Food and Beverage Services Subconcession at MIA has been completed. We are glad to announce that CAM has entered into a five-year Subconcession Contract with San Mou I Food and Beverages Management Co., Ltd. for the Operation of Food and Beverage Services at the Mezzanine Level of the Airside of the North Extension of the Passenger Terminal Building.

The new operator has commenced their operation under the name of “新武二廣福潮美食”, which provides more variety of Local Food and Beverage experiences to the passengers.

The objectives of the Request for Proposal for the commercial spaces at the North Extension of MIA Passenger Terminal Building are to support the Macau Local Enterprise as well as Macau Local Signature Food and Beverage Services, enhance competitiveness and promote business renovation and transformation to introduce Macau Local Signature Food and Beverage Services to passengers and airport users.
