East Asian Airports Alliance (EAAA) Customer Satisfaction Campaign Launch Ceremony
The EAAA Customer Satisfaction Campaign launched on 1 July, concurrently with the other 8 member airports in China, Korea and Japan. Macau International Airport being part of the alliance was coordinating the campaign. The two-week campaign is to promote customer service awareness amongst the member airports for their services and the facilities.
Macau International Airport is amongst the nine member airports and has been actively participating in the activities of the alliance. Since the 4th Regular Meeting held in February, the airport members have common wish to enhance the airport customer satisfaction through sharing information and experience of the various customer activities. During the two week campaign, frontline staff would be wearing badges with four languages greetings of English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese with the theme of “Feel the Asian Way” - making passengers to feel the hospitality when visiting the member airports. With an identical logo design displayed at the nine member airports: Airport Authority of Hong Kong, Beijing Capital International Airport Company Limited, Incheon International Airport Corp., Japan Airport Terminal Co. ,Ltd, Korea Airports Corporation, Narita International Airport Corporation, Kansai International Airport Co.,Ltd., Shanghai Airport Authority and Macau International Airport Company Limited.
During the promotion period, there would be live band playing songs of the different languages at the departure airside, to spice up passengers travel experience and to lift up the atmosphere during waiting time and allow passengers to a pleasant stay at the airport. At the same time at the airports of other members, different activities will also be organized to support the campaign.
